Sesame Chicken Recipes - Easy & Quick To Prepare!
from:These sesame chicken recipes are easy, quick and delicious. Just check these out and I'm sure you'll be amazingly surprised.
So put your hat on and get ready for some quick easy sesame chicken recipes:
>> Sesame Chicken Thighs
10 ea Chicken thighs
3 tb Light soy sauce
2 tb Dry Sherry
1/8 ts Grated fresh ginger
3 tb Cornstarch
4 tb Raw sesame seeds
1 x Peanut oil for deep frying
Cut the chicken thighs in half across the bone. Marinate them in the soy sauce, sherry, ginger & enough cornstarch to make a thick sauce for 1 Hr. Add the sesame seeds. Deep fry peices in peanut oil at 375 until lightly browned. You can try substituting beef for the chicken.
Here is a dish that I like very much. Just try this.
>> Sesame Chicken Wings
36 Chicken drumettes (bottom Part of chicken wing)
20 milliliters Garlic
1 Inch fresh ginger -- peeled
1 Onion -- quartered
1 teaspoon Red pepper flakes
2 teaspoons Salt
2 teaspoons Ground coriander
3 tablespoons Soy sauce
3 tablespoons Fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons Sesame oil
2 tablespoons Sugar
1/2 cup Sesame seeds (approx)
Wash the chicken pieces and pat dry. Place in a bowl. Combine the remaining ingredients except the sesame seeds in a blender and puree. Pour the mixture over the chicken and stir to coat all the pieces well. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Remove the chicken from the marinade and sprinkle with the sesame seeds. Place under the broiler for 5 to 6 minutes on each side. Serve hot.
